A graphic design studio, peeling back time and context to reveal stories.
We spend a lot of time with the in-between, methodically working across cultural and theoretical polars existing within the world of Graphic Design and Branding. We tell stories of tradition and divergence. New-Age and alternative. Digital and analogue.
The local and global branding world interests us deeply and we find ourselves sitting with it tirelessly to question and reinterpret mediums and channels of communication. Vernacular traditions, contemporary cultures and crafts are especially appealing to us for their rich histories and capacity to be reinterpreted.
Moreover, we make the digital sync with analogue processing, which is why we dabble into illustrations and editorial work as well: from mediums like posters, murals and packaging to editorial illustrations and publication design.

Sauces of meaning
Pomoco's work is centered towards context and emotion. Both of which work in symbiotic ways to tell a story. We are equipped with theoretical frameworks that can create visual trickery to invoke meaning and emphasis.
We work strongly with juxtapositions, associations and signifiers to reinforce the emotion. We spend a lot of time studying the zeitgeist and cultural ongoings of the world. This allows us to strategise our creative communication into relevance and a kind of newness. With nurturing and contexting, we have built our own methodologies to explore contemporary Indian graphic design.
