Param Drashti is a villa development scheme envisioned as a harmonious blend of contemporary living and nature-forward planning. Designed by the renowned architectural firm HPA, the project is located on the outskirts of Ahmedabad and offers weekend homes in a variety of typologies and plot sizes.Unlike conventional real estate marketing, Param Drashti positions landscaping and natural experience at the centre of its value offering. With a thoughtfully designed clubhouse, gardens, sports courts, and community spaces, the development caters to individuals and families seeking respite, comfort, and immersive green environments.
Pomoco was tasked with reimagining the project’s real estate brochure into a more emotive and story-driven format. Drawing from the atmosphere of a children's storybook, we changed the scale, format, and tone of the publication entirely. This shift allowed us to move away from traditional corporate format and instead build a narrative that celebrates serenity, discovery, and the emotional landscape of living close to nature.
The visual style drew inspiration from Madhubani folk art but was reinterpreted in a lighter, illustrative form using soft greens, earthy yellows, and calm blues to evoke a sense of wonder and restfulness. Across the brochure, master plans, unit typologies, and site maps were rendered not just as technical drawings but as textured, patterned compositions that matched the storybook aesthetic.
rawings but as textured, patterned compositions that matched the storybook aesthetic. Illustration styles remained cohesive across every tree, amenity, and home embedded within the tactile visual world. The accompanying copy reflected this tone, encouraging the reader to imagine the first quiet moment on a park bench or the scent of soil after a rain.
The outcome was a real estate publication that didn’t sell homes as products but introduced them as part of a larger emotional ecosystem.
